MEET THE BOARD
Before RSVP acts, we listens to the senior community. We want our programs and actions to reflect community wants and needs and in turn benefit Oklahoma seniors.
RSVP allows me the opportunity to channel my time and talents through an organization that recognizes the worth of senior citizens. I also appreciate being a part of an organization that is like me – a senior citizen wanting to give back to the communities in which I live.

RSVP provides a fun, engaging platform for so many older adults to regain a sense of purpose and realize their value; their time matters to others and they can provide a needed service to someone else. How could I not want to be a part of that?
I love being a part of RSVP knowing we are helping older adults connect with volunteer opportunities that enable them to stay active and involved. Volunteering is life changing and I am proud to know we help older adults create a legacy of giving.
RSVP provides an opportunity for the seniors in our community to share their wisdom, their history, and their knowledge with all generations. It is so important that these lessons are not lost.
Wisdom. Perspective. Generosity. Resolve. Respect. Authenticity. Courage. Compassion. As RSVP links seniors with volunteer opportunities, critical needs in central Oklahoma are met, these gifts of character are delivered, and our community becomes an enduring better place.
RSVP of Central Oklahoma is a true blessing to so many Oklahoma senior adults. Through its many programs and services, countless lives have been touched and enhanced. I encourage everyone I meet to become involved, whether hoping to give back to our community or to refer a loved one for assistance.
Providing transportation for medical appointments is a small way of giving back to seniors for their service, hard work and dedication. Being a part of RSVP is knowing that you are making someone’s life a little easier and less stressful everyday.
“Mother Teresa stated ‘Not all of us can do great things. But we can do small things with great love.’ RSVP provides senior citizens the opportunity to continue volunteering in their communities thus creating a feeling of worth – greatness.”
I joined RSVP to support a vital program for seniors who want to help meet community needs through use of their knowledge, skills, and talents in volunteer service.
